Right - an average. So on average, people aged 75+ are not running your country. And the lower age requirement is just as idiotic as an upper limit would be.
I presented an average. Why would I expect a nescient such as you to catch that? If you are 70+, you should be disqualified from becoming President. There's already a lower requirement of 35, which could filter out qualified candidates, why not an upper limit?
What percentage of millennials are working? Today, a large chunk of the workforce is occupied by Baby Boomers (19%), Generation X (35.5%), and Millennials (39.4%). With over 10,000 Baby Boomers per day reaching the age of 65, in 2030, we'll see Generation Z constitute about 30% of the workforce.
Congratulations on being exceptions. It really doesn’t change my daily observations for the last 8 years. I recently talked to an outlier actually. 84 and still running his car sales business.
These octogenarians don't actually run the country. They (historically) have surrounded themselves with well-regarded experts, who actually do. One recent exception tended more towards criminals and syncophants.
Almost 67 year old here. A week before my birthday this summer I will have been at my job for 4 years. Apparently not unemployable. Generalizations are so much fun and accurate, aren't they?
If you say so. But it's my direct experience as someone who tracks down assets professionally. There are certainly exceptions, but people who are 75+ should not be running countries.
