If she IS disqualified, however, the judge could simply declare a mistrial and schedule a new one. Either way, her game of hide-the-bratwurst with another lawyer won't get Trump off the hook.

It's possible, but not likely. General opinion among the legal beagles is that she hasn't done anything that would disqualify her.

Is it the case that there would be a mistrial over FW's behavior? I'm not seeing how the situations are connected except in the fevered imagination of the defendants and their mouthpieces.
