What highschool does a person go to, at the ripe old age of 18, that doesn't teach evolutionary theory? It's the unifying theory of biology........

GiG, you claim you're a high school student, and try to hide behind your ignorance... that you haven't been taught certain things. Yet, you come here to tell adults (who have actually learned this stuff... I believe at least one of them is a biologist of some kind) that they're wrong?

That would be the latest that any child in a public school in the US is likely to have been educated on the subject as well.

I studied a bit about evolution in grade 9 in a general science course, and had heard of it some years before that. In grade 11 I took a course specifically on biology (and scored in the top 1% in the province of Quebec on the final). If you know how to read, you can do this. Don't blame your ignorance on us. 
I'm not ruling out the possibility that Goddisgood isn't really 18 but is actually older than that and using age to shield himself from criticism by trying to shame others for "bullying" when pointing out how ignorant he is.
If he is 18, then he has the rest of what I hope is a long life in which to correct the myriad ways he's been shortchanged in school. If he's older, then he is not only ignorant but a shameless, spineless twat who probably fits in quite well at his local church.
Age is only an excuse if one acknowledges the weaknesses therein and is making sincere efforts to correct them.
I refuse to coddle an 18-year-old who thinks he knows more than professional biologists because some mendacious git in his church told him that evolution was a lie. |
