I don't believe that there is life elsewhere in the universe. I just consider it to be more likely than not.

I believe there is a God, but I dont say there is a God absolutely, I could be wrong. You still do believe aliens exist.

As for Chaos theory, that demonstrates that complex systems can arise from simple systems following simple rules, without any intelligent input.

Statistical chances? What chances are you looking at? Last time I checked god was just a possibility (sort of like the tooth fairy), but there's no evidence (hence the faith bit). The same with aliens, except for the part that it is actually a much more rational stance.

If the bigbang was a tiny bit bigger or smaller no life, no galaxies, no nothing would exist; either we are bloody lucky or some being had His hand in creating this universe. You have to have over 20 parameters in place for a universe and funny enough, all the parameters are perfect.
