RE: Where did the universe come from? Atheistic origin science has no answer.

this is a really big thread. This is also the largest argument from Theist.
God has always been where man could not answer.
In the past the sun was a god the rain was caused by the gods birth was blessing of the gods.
It took man a while to figure out that there where explanations for these events. So God disapeared from those.
Now the ultimate question cannot be answered perfectly by science. So therefore God.
As a true atheist I admit that it is possible but since no proof is given other than an absence of an explanation I choose not to put my questioning mind on the shelf just to satisfy the question and be a part of the Christy club. Just because things happen in our reality in a certain way doesn't mean that things happen like that outside of our reality. Using ones imagination helps just a little.
To me it's a complete cop out by the theist. It is a cowardly move to just say its a god.
I have noticed that a lot of people (my father included) feel that it only makes sence that their must be a creator but don't like all the outdated and useless rules in the ancient books.
This then is the human error as i see it. Sure a creator may have done all this but are you sure it was Yaweh? Maybe it was Osiris and we have lost our way and are all doomed to egyption hell. Maybe it's Odin and we will all freeze in Helhiem because most of us don't die in battle.
Then there is the issue that disturbs me the most. Why would a creator of all of this (10 000,000,000,000,000 particles that we can observe. I may have got that wrong but you get the point) care that we believe a certain way or that we have sex a certain way. It's riduculous.
This is the trend that i see among sensible and normal people. sure they believe and maybe they go to church but usually that's to be a part of a social group. Most never worry if they are following all the rules of the bible as long as they are not mistreating anyone and doing their best by their families. to them it wouldnt matter what they worshiped as long as their lives are relativly happy.
