What large groups were they members of? Did those groups condone their actions? Who hasn't been prosecuted for violent acts? You insinuate that many violent acts without resultant prosecutions have occurred. I think your insinuation is BS!

I'm not satisfied that the murderer of George Tiller acted alone or just woke up one morning and decided to shoot an abortion doctor. Anti-abortion-rights groups and Christian organizations that he was affiliated with need to be investigated thoroughly to see what help or encouragement he received or if they had any prior knowledge of what was going to happen. The use of incendiary language language, like "Tiller-the-baby-killer", and slanderous allegations need to have consequences when this language fosters violence.

You're not satisfied. Well there's a definitive statement with plenty of factual support. Maybe we need to investigate the unions to root out their violent behavior too. Let's just start the witch trials all over again. Forget rules of evidence and probable cause. Forget the 1st Amendment. Forget slander and libel laws. Go with your gut. Yeah?
