You mentioned the empty tomb once already here, and that's a perfect example of what I'm talking about: that's apologists literally going "hey look! Nothing!" and then suggesting that this literal empty space is evidence for their miracle claim somehow.
it wasn't just the empty tomb that convinced them; they claimed that they saw and touched and ate with Him
then the church exploded because you had these people saying Jesus was raised from the dead and then dying for what they believed
Well, fine, and that's good enough justification for them to believe, but it certainly isn't good reason to believe it centuries later on the say so of anonymously written assertions of what happened with no outside or first-hand accounts, nor unbiased extra-biblical sources. What you've described is fine for the people that actually saw Jesus, it's not fine at all for the apologists making these arguments today, certainly not for you or I, and yet you're seriously expecting us to accept these arguments: why?
