Best: I'm a good assistant to my project managers; I try to make sure that they're the least stressed out they can be so they can be the best at their jobs that they can be. I'm good at achieving goals I set for myself (to a degree, depends on how badly I want the thing) but that can come at the expense of other things.
Worst: I keep people at arms length, tend to be suspicious of people's motives when I don't know them and can be unnecessarily secretive about myself. I'm not good at connecting with people and find it difficult to make new friends. I don't like confrontation so I tend not to speak up for myself and can be passive-aggressive. I totally dread the day I'm made a project manager and actually have to interact with clients. I speak without thinking and inadvertently offend people when I don't mean to. Basically, I'm not good at interpersonal stuff.
