I have another question... why do you guys always try to distance yourself from the old testament in the bible? Is it because you know it's full of evil and attrocities... and just as bad as the Koran, so you try to make excuses to avoid having to answer for the stuff in there?

I'm not fooled... because people who say "that's OT stuff... it doesn't apply anymore..." also quote things like the 10 commandments and the story of moses which comes from the old testament...

 

Let me ask you something. What law did Abraham abide by? NONE! Because the Law didn't exist until Moses.

If God had intended for man to live under the law, it would have been established from the beginning. The Jews rejected Grace and as an example God gave them the law to show that NO ONE is good enough to earn their way into heaven based on works.

So... I take it you're saying the only way to get into heaven is through faith? Does this mean that Hitler is in heaven right now? What about the jews who died during the holocaust(They going to hell)? Stalin was not religious, so he's probably burning in hell according to your reasoning... but despite all the people he killed, does he really need to burn for...

I'm not trying to come across as aggressive, sorry if it sounds that way... but seriously, he committed a finite crime. It seems unjust to punish a finite crime with an infinite punishment no matter how bad that crime was.
