Well I'm pretty content to do a lot of walking with the dogs and gardening. I've got a knee issue at the moment that is cramping my style, first one of my life. I'm still walking every day but I'd be doing more if I wasn't afraid of making it worse. The weight loss can only help that knee out of course. I used to play some basketball, skateboard and a wee bit of climbing .. strictly small time but you're right, the exercise just happens when you're having a good time. Dancing is like that too. Might have to add it to my routine.
