In India poverty is much more of a real threat. Social constructs are more important and so is marriage.  The exchange of resources for vagina is way more close to the surface in India than it is say in the UK.
In the UK the attitude is more of you should marry for love or happiness or some other vague reasons.  Not so much the case in India because they want to be sure that their grandchildren won't be living in a heap of shit eating other people's rubbish, so marrying into money is more important.

Check out this vid.  He's annoyed to find out Karl doesn't have a good education.  He finds out Karl has a five bedroom house in England and instantly suggests where Karl and his daughter could go on a date together, maybe to the movies?

Now if the exchange of resources for access to a vagina isn't in the ho ish behavior category then you will have to explain what is.

Hoish behavior is actually traditional, it's the western woman you pointed out who is the opposite of a ho.   She's having sex for pleasure with no concern over the income or intelligence of the person she's having sex with.

Now I'm not saying that what the western woman is doing is good either.  I agree with you that it can be tragic.  She has sex, the condom splits, she has a baby payed for by tax payers, she gets an STD the treatment is payed for by tax payers.  What happens more in India is like encouraging natural selection to favor intelligent people.  At least that's what I predict the outcome will be in the higher classes of India. They're restricting access to vagina for only people with high income jobs. You can already see in a lot of Indian immigrants that come to the UK they very often have a great work ethic and occupy high intelligence jobs like doctors or lawyers.  This kind of stuff happens in the UK too I think but it's probably more subtle than an arranged marriage.

I don't think the problem is as bad as you think it is though.  I predict the woman in question is probably quite young, her followers are probably young students themselves and how long do you think they will keep up the lifestyle of having a diet based completely on pizza and kebab and having sex with ten men per night?
