Again a bathroom has no magic powers when it comes to sexual assault, you are most likely going to get assaulted elsewhere, and more likely by someone you know or someone in your neighborhood or a co worker, someone who knows your habits and or is in a position of trust or gives the image of a position of trust.

That was 5 years ago and I don't think that has gone down drastically in 5 years. Now are you going to tell me the majority of that 83k were all guys trying to get into bathrooms?
A high traffic bathroom is the least likely place a perp is going to look for a victim. Rapists are not looking for a particular room, they are looking for opportunity and isolation of the victim, the room has no magic power.
