It lumps together all white people of all nations, religions, circumstances, economic statuses, health levels and age.
I am not, have not, and will not speak about the privileges (or lack thereof) of the races in other nations, because I don't have the grasp of knowledge I feel would be required to speak intelligently. If it helps understanding, I have been and will only be speaking of the American context.

I don't agree. Privilege in this context is not talking about the people themselves, but rather, about social attitudes towards social groups. When I'm talking about white privilege in America, I am not talking about whites in America. I am talking about the social attitudes and power structures that accord different treatment to the different races.
