Egypt and Jordan, diplomatic relations and treaties. Lebanon, not hostile and far too weak and divided to present any opposition. Syria, the only country disputing Israel's rights, but at the same time occupied with a bloody civil war.
So this is an entirely internal struggle over occupied territory with militias, not some bilateral affair.
Lebanon is the puppet and strategic launch pad for attacks against Israel from both Iran and Syria. Iran and Syria are allies and both are sworn enemies to Israel. I doubt that either Egypt or Jordan would get involved if there were a conflict to erupt between Isarael, Syria, and Iran.
