I'm curious what data you have to show that women are paid more though. Either way, using women's Tennis to suggest that the wage gap doesn't exist isn't really a debunking of the wage gap theory.
Wage gap theory lol. It's just another theory made up by shitheads with victim complex to earn more oppression points. There isn'teven any actual hard evidence for it Lmao, I'm pretty sure it doesn't need debunking when it's not even proven.
Quote:Tennis: Isn't it unfair to men for women to play only 3 sets in Grand Slams but still get the same money as men who play 5 sets?
So two things:
1) If you choose not to believe in the wage gap, that's cool. If I want you to think differently, I have to show you the evidence. This is however different than claiming that it has been debunked, which essentially means that it has been falsified. If something has been falsified, then there should be evidence that it has been falsified. So again, I am fairly certain Milo has not debunked the wage gap.
2) Women in tennis complain that they are not given the opportunity to play 5 sets. And I imagine, men do not want to play fewer sets. In a sense those two extra sets are desired by both genders, one of them gets them, while the other does not, despite the fact that the sport is equally popular for both genders. Also the statement that random quote has made is that women get paid the same amount for playing two less sets in top level competitions. It is not an overview of how much work women put into the sport relative to men, nor is it a real evaluation of how much the two genders are paid relative to one another.
