yeah, you kinda did. If you claim the default position on life after isn't "i don't know", then you're claiming to know something I don't.
So now you have to provide evidence to support your claim.

I may not be able to prove it flat out, but studies very, very strongly suggest that there is an not afterlife to the point that it's pretty absurd to think there is one.
Please provide one of those studies for scrutiny.
