That temperature has varied much more than what is projected, and life went on.
Look at the bottom - it's -6 to the present. Temp went up 6 degrees, and we weren't wiped out. Look at the top - it's +14 to present. People weren't around then, but lots of other life was.
If temperature goes up enough to significantly raise sea level, some land will be lost, and other land that wasn't usable before will be. People will have to move around. Life will go on.
The Paris accords are only projected to slow warming by 0.1 degree by 2050 anyway.
