FWIW, it has been reported in our local paper that surveyors are surveying the border here in California in preparation for building said wall. 
The legislation for said wall was enacted near the end of W's term, but Obama prevailed and it didn't get funded then, IIRC. Can't someone just give the Chump some cement shoes, already?
