I hate stories like this.
Marketing works, otherwise nothing would sell. Not a video game, not a burger, not a economic ideology, not a political party, not a politician, not a religion. If marketing didn't work we would NOT have the fucking asshole in the White House we do now.
It is TRUE that you cannot blame a video game. But we still have ratings for not just video games, but movies as well. Just like you can't sell porn to a 5 year old. Just like big tobacco was bitch slapped for lying about it's addiction and it's marketing to minorities and youth.
I wonder who funded this study. Corporate America has FOREVER created junk "studies". BIG OIL is a prime example. It spent tons of money to keep lead in gas. It does the same thing today promote climate change denial.
