I thought he said someone must have put a live round (or several) in the box of dummy rounds. That is, of course, speculation, but a reasonable one. They admitted that the box of ammo was not monitored all day, so pretty much everyone one set had access to it. They also said something about finger prints and DNA, but were a little more cagey about that. If they have DNA, it could come down to testing everyone who was on set that day, which could be interesting.
