First off, you’re the one who started the question of whether natural immunity is better than vaccination by saying, and I quote
And frankly, about whether or not I think it’s okay for 5000 nurses who won’t take the jab to lose their jobs because of it, think of it like this: imagine that your nurse is refusing to take a simple precaution to prevent spreading whatever diseases her patients have to other patients. Would you want such a nurse taking care of you when you”re sick? That’s a malpractice suit waiting to happen. At least, assuming that the nurse in question isn’t able to mask her negligence with great bedside manner (Malcolm Gladwell talked a bit about this in Blink).
And then, you look at why they’re doing it, at best, it’s based on an erroneous assumption that, if you had it already, you’re good to go, which isn’t necessarily the case. And if it turns out that they’re not doing it because they bought into anti-vaxxer bullshit, shit that can often be easily debunked by anyone with an internet connection and half a brain, that tells me that this nurse doesn’t know what they’re talking about. And I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to put my health in the hands of someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
