At one protein smoothie a day, it lasts about a month. A cup of milk (I use almond milk), a scoop of powder, and frozen fruit or ice and mix in a blender. If you use ice, you'll probably want to use some kind of flavoring. I use chocolate, caramel, and strawberry syrup, or those Italian syrups they sell to put in your coffee, but that's on top of fruit.I have a supply of mango syrup that I sometimes put in my tea. I actually looked at protein powder but wasn't sure what else to do. Thanks!
If you have any sort of kidney issues, be careful with a high protein diet. I looked into the keto diet, but one has to be very careful with it if they have chronic kidney disease (which I do). I guess I could quit drinking beer, but I use it to flush my kidneys.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
