He's not talking about looking. He's talking about what you want to do with the woman in your heart. The Sot M is basically telling us "It's your heart, stupid."

You're close. Jesus is telling us to look at ourselves instead of judging others, as I said before. Nobody can be called righteous by this standard, and yet the standard is perfectly valid. Who says it isn't? You? Then you are merely judging God. So we can read it and weep, and all stop pretending- atheist, fundy and Pharisee alike.
