He didn't write anything down. What I do know is that most things that are said he said came word for word from the Old Testament. Therefore, no, Jesus wasn't the only one to say those things.

It's not known when Jesus was supposedly born. It ranges from 2 B.C. to 7 A.D. I believe.
The government is a horrible example. They couldn't care less about holy books. Their job is simply to run the country.
