Forgive me for skipping the rest of your post, but I think what I have to say here addresses a lot of what you were saying above this point anyway.
So, I watched the entire video and... you are aware that these points have been debunked years ago, right? The bacterial flagellum has a hypothetical evolutionary antecedent in the type 3 secretory system, something used by other bacteria that uses many of the same parts, but in different ways. Here's some references: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolution_of_flagella
http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn13...mplex.html
The bacterial flagellum is not evidence for intelligent design. In fact, there's a legal precedent to support that! In 2005's Dover vs. Kitzmiller case on intelligent design, this very same flagellum was trotted out as evidence for design by one of the defense's key witnesses, and the guy got laughed out of court. The intelligent design proponents lost the case, and do you want to know the best part? The key witness who submitted the flagellum as evidence was none other than Michael Behe, the "scientist" in the video you provided. Your evidence is not as strong as you think.
Here's a little more on the case in question, if you're interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitzmiller_...l_District
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Kitzmiller..._76_of_139 (Pay attention to page 76! )
And one more rebuttal of Behe's arguments for intelligent design, including the bacterial flagellum. Because I'm so nice : http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/behe.html
So... there you go! Asked and answered!
