Well most were killed. And most probably payed no intention to the science out there and books were not published on mass anyways.
Quran however remained, because, almost everyone had a Quran.
Anyways, it's all farfetch, our best bet is that it's a coincidence.
In the case of these two words, they appear all over the Quran, so there was a high chance you can cherry pick two verses with that ratio
