Well I don't know about those, but I blame not the blacks, they certainly are not the perpetrators, simply tools, nothing more. Those who kiss the asses of minorities wherever they are(leftists&liberals) too are nothing but tools in the hands of a certain.....people.
The enemies of every nation on earth. You don't want to let the Austrian guy worry you A Theist. I see that you also have come to the conclusion that you are becoming less and less able to exercise your national rights as the founding majority of the country.

No I'm not. Leftists and liberals do this wherever I look. Never in sync with the majority, they look for supporters amongst the minorities. So they have their double standards, as do I. However I actually acknowledge that I am all for double standards, while those people claim to oppose double standards, while treating social issues related to race and ethnicity, they always stand up for the minority, while blaming the majority for everything.

Race and religion have had people fighting for all of time. It's not going to change anytime soon and its the same on both sides. I'm caucasion but I'm 3rd generation German in America so no-one in my family 'owned' slaves so although I'm really sorry that the slave trade existed for so long and hurt so many, I have had no part in it so I owe no apology. But there seems to be a lot of understandable resentment toward whites from blacks and continual racism toward blacks from whites...but what about all the modern day slavery that still exists? Them poor kids in the sex trade and labor trade and the adults in the same trades have the same treatments yet the inferior treatment of women and children continues with out qualms. I know it's wishful thinking to want us as a society to quit living in the past but damn, why can't we just let it go and focus on the ones who are oppressed now? Am estimated 27 million people are sold into/ are apart of the slave trade TODAY. Why are still focused on 50 years ago?

The thing is, I don't think that anyone owes anyone an apology for anything. Because no one wants an apology, apologies are empty things.
Besides, I personally don't think that whites actually do think about issues like slavery that occured some time ago, or that they might have used slaves in the past-but those who were enslaved do so, because slavery is actually the only thing they have. Their whole identity is built on slavery, and while actually detesting slavery, their entire being and their entire existence in the US is built on slavery, so while perhaps speaking a lot about it, even though they themselves have never experienced it, they do, at some point acknowledge that they owe their US citizenship, which automatically makes their lives more worth in world currency than the life of an average African person, to slavery.
Really an interesting dilemma.

Or perhaps Thomas was referring to whether whites were able to exercise their national rights as the founding majority. Well, given the fact that they are constantly reviled when trying to represent themselves as "racists", other minorities are not, even though we know that Obama got the majority of the black vote because he was black(or half black), no one accuses him of coming to power with racial sentiments in play.
