Please explain how "the attraction" is genetic.
Given that the one thing it isn't, is a choice, the only other thing it could be is in some way biological. The science tends to back this up, in that numerous factors before one's birth play a part in the makeup of this. I'm not suggesting that there must be one clear, absolute factor that causes this, but a variety of conditions- at least some of them genetic in nature- are involved.
