Well, there's a third option, which is that you neither believe nor deny. It's called, you know, keeping an open mind? I don't believe in your god, but I don't deny him either; I can be convinced that he exists with evidence. Not faith, though: faith is just an excuse for believing without evidence. It's just pretending to know things.

If your religion is the most logical, you can demonstrate why that is. If you can't do that, your religion is not the most logical. All you've done so far is claim there can only be one god, but you can't even say why that is.
Oh, and by the way, logical isn't the same as factual: logic can be wrong if you feed in the wrong facts.
