Omniscience + omnipotence - if God can't learn anything new, then there is something he *can't do*. Therefore, he can't be omnipotent.
The concept of "new" and "old" doesn't exist with God. He knows everything that ever was or is. There is nothing new without Him as he creates everything. It's not difficult to understand.
