For you and for the physical science is very hard to comprehend how a dead person can come back to life but for God everything is possible.
Obviously this thing is off for an atheist as it would lead to a total collapse of the atheist theory that life is finite.
Even 2000 years ago Christ raises Lazarus from the death and he was dead for a week already.
