I for one am curious how long GC spent looking into Milk's sexuality, and what prompted the Google searches in the first place.

Probably no time at all. Harvey Milk was gay, therefore he must have been a pedophile. There are probably enough homophobes on the internet that a few have made such assertions and would be found in a Google search.

And, as we all know, if it agrees with GC, only then is it the truth.
