Mankind has and only one grew up not in sin and rebellion towards God.
Well god has violated his own law and committed murder, so therefore by his own law he is to be put to death
Deut 24:16

But yet god allowed this baby to die because of the sin of his ancestors. Therefore because the sin was not the baby's own this applies
Exodus 20:13
