Serial rapists have higher chance of passing on genes than a father of two.

Which means exactly nothing, if those genes don't survive to adulthood to propagate themselves, which rape reduces the likelihood of overall. Additionally, rapists tend to get, you know, caught and thrown in jail at higher rates than non rapists, which also affects their chances of sowing those oats. Oh, and also? Women who distrust potential mates tend to be less available around those mates overall, and what do you think rape does to trust levels?

And that's just ignoring the most important point of all, which is that the human species evolved as a cooperative one, and rape destabilizes the group dynamic that allows us to survive. We are a social species; anti-social behavior like rape is inherently a disadvantageous trait among species for whom banding together is an ecological niche.

That means that if you cant support a family for cultural/economic reasons(e.g. Japan) then rape is your only option.
