See? If you can just define a problem out of existence by fiat assertion, I can just define the problem back into existence the same way. But this shit gets us nowhere, so how about you actually, you know, justify any of the things you say?
I actually like this one, there's been a spat of this type of remark recently and I see no reason to disagree. Heaven and hell do exist outside of the physics of this universe. Which is to say that they do not exist at all, so far as we are concerned. Somewhere else or outside, relative to the universe and ourselves, is mechanically equivalent to "nowhere". No one is going to be getting there - from here, even if said nowhere exists.
