If you say - I want to follow the exemplary life of Jesus as in the bible, but I don't believe in God, then I'd say sure, do that and call yourself that. I don't think there are rules concerning these naming conventions by anyone we need to respect. But I'm with the others. This might be the most comfortable arrangement for you right now not to feel completely disoriented, but I can't see it really working consistently in the long run bc. the Jesus character clearly was a believer and also said some very unpleasant stuff. But maybe I'm too negative, you go with it and figure out what works for yourself.
