I used to keep a dream journal...and then I was able to have lucid dreams.
I learned this about lucid dreaming:
Step 1: knowing you are dreaming.
Step 2: being able to control your actions in the dream.
Step 3: looking at your own hands in the dream. I don't remember why, but there was something about this being really advanced. I did it one time.
I think I need to start keeping a dream journal, again. Thanks for the inspiration.
