No but it is perfectly logical to say that personal experiences are inconclusive and cannot be used as an argument for the thing that was experienced. To do this would allow any personal experiences, no matter how contradictory, to be indicative of the truth - Any such standard that allows contradictory conclusions is insufficient in determining the truth.
