A Christianity that is up-to-date would have no Christ in it, only a preacher named Jesus to serve as an example of severe multiple psychiatric disorders, a group of apostles to serve as a warning about gullibility, and an ethnocentric off-kilter bronze age desert beduoin creation myth for entertainment value and historic interest. May be you can point me to such a respectable modern version of Christianity?
