Quoted for truth. No smile conceals more fangs in such an open manner than that of a believer offering to stand behind a heretic. If I turned around and the faithful many were standing behind me, I'd be sniffing the wind for the smell of smoldering posts and burning hay. Have they ever turned down an attempt to focus their efforts inward after vanquishing the outward "enemies of the faith"?
If they did no such thing then clearly they would be gong against their historic tradition.
I have a book called "Holy horrors", and it showed a patern...one that might sound familiar to you.
#1 - Demonize plurality. This way you can bring together many like minded people who are willing to see everyone else as the enemy.
#2 - Once you get enough people into a group you pick on the smallest minority. Usually the jew. Place them in ghettos and make them where badges of shame.
#3 - Once this has happened it is all down hill. The pogrom was the test. If the leader of this group is capable of getting the masses to ghetto the minority then he knows he can profit madly from his new army. An army system is now being built and paraded in the streets. They are patriots and true believers in Christ. Some of the possessions, and most especially land, of the minorities have been confiscated in secret to help fund the army. This is the gray inbetween stage when they set their sites on other lands.
#4 - Once a goal has been set, you must demonize the fuck out of them before you invade. You must also find a way to equate your enemy with those in the ghettos. IT's Pogrom time! Before you cleanse the outer lands of the infidel, you must first cleanse the mother land. Wipe out everyone in the ghettos, man woman and child. Everything is taken from them to fund the cause.
#5 - Its off to war!
#6 - Get your ass handed to you because you oppose plurality. without plurality you are incapable of gaining enough warriors to keep up with the massive invasions you keep doing. Other countries take anyone and anybody into their deffense.
#7 - Get conquered and have all your dirty laundry aired out. Other countries come in and try to makeyou their economic slave.
#8 - People in your country tire of being economically manipulated...return to #1.
