Well, I'm sure that the whole of Uganda would go gay if you'd tell them that you're accepting gays as refugees.
But well, that's my take.

At risk of death? By the way, how do you identify a homosexual in a not-homo friendly country?
You don't, unless they're really pushing it. They'll just apply for asylum, and some western country will grant it to them, perhaps it won't.
