That is like saying you have a mixing bowl, and you're stirring some white flour around in it. Then a minute later you mix in some wheat flour. Then a minute after that you mix in some rye flour. Then at that point you declare, "As long as no other flour was added into the mix within 30 minutes, I will call this flour 'pure'".
You're completely ignoring all the parts of the flour, and randomly choosing at what point you consider it 'pure'.
