My experience is that Wellbutrin is bad shit in my experience. I'd recommend telling your Doctor you would like to get off Wellbutrin and increase the paxil or get on some other SSRI SSNRI that treats depression.

If it was me that's what I'd do. But maybe it doesn't have a bad effect on you so if that's the case ignore my advice.

That would be a bad idea for me because there's something funky in my family's brain chemistry or something, we react badly to a LOT of drugs. I haven't noticed any bad side effects with the Wellbutrin and it's helped me before, so it's best that I stay on it. With the current state of my depression, the process of lowering my Wellbutrin doses gradually and then gradually building up on another drug could cause me to become even more depressed, and I don't even know if I would survive that level of depression.
