We have the theory of evolution, the theory of gravity, the theory of atomic structure, etc. (Science can call the study of these phenomena a theory even though they are treated as facts for all intents and purposes)
Why doesn't the bible have a disclaimer anywhere?
No theory, no hypothesis, not even a claim.
You know why? The same reason why face creams are sold as cosmetic products and not medicinal/therapeutic products. To be labelled as having medicinal value, they will need to pass many stringent tests. And they cannot pass, hence they are sold under another label. The bible is under no legal requirement to be "labelled" as anything because it is not passing itself as having any beneficial value, either phychological, emotional, physical or otherwise. It's a book, filed alphabetically in the book store as holy bible, after harry potter but before homer.
Harry potter is a lot of Hogwarts and the bible is a lot of hogwash.
