Hi, I'm really glad to have found a forum like this, all of my family ( that I know of ) have some form of a religious view and I find it hard to discuss Atheism with them as they don't have the same view point as me. I'm really happy that I can have discussions with like-minded people with the same outlook on the world.
Here's some history about me: I was born in a Christian household, not really knowing what to believe I was more of an Agnostic than an Atheist. I thought praying was a ridiculous thing to do ( and never really participated in it ). I went to church with them but didn't really know or care what was happening. Nor did I want to be there as I didn't feel right there. And so a few years ago I became an Atheist and haven't looked back since.
