My favorite Mormon schism, The Congregation of Jehovah's Presbytery of Zion, has actually been memberless for over 100 years.
Is it a myth ??
Well, no, They were real, there were 600+ believers at one time, and they took their brand of Mormon Communism quite seriously. In fact, they took it more seriously than their leader did, as he was just in it for the money.
But The Congregation of Jehovah's Presbytery of Zion is about as defunct as any sect/schism can be. As for their specific Mormon Deity, Baneemy, I'm not sure how he is looking at the situation these days. Deprived of worship and worshippers, I spose he is in a distended and dissipated state.
I'd guess in the Halls of Valhalla these days he shares humorous anecdotes with Neptune and Adrastea, but other than that, I suspect his existence is rather limited.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
