Damn, I forgot this tidbit;
These mental illnesses are never "cured". They are only controlled chemically.
Those folks should never ever be allowed firearms once diagnosed. 90% of medicated mental patients will stop taking their medications at some point thinking they are "cured" and don't need it any longer.
