That's Why CCTV is Used over eyewitness accounts as it what really happened (if the taped were secured) and not what you thought happened. Also the trouble with Eyewitness is that it can be warped over time (whether it be how there brain took the info wrongly or maliciously and deliberately changed in favour of one or the other party).
