Until they poop... then they're distinctly NOT full of shit. And really, a lot of people have shit in them, but it takes an awful lot to hit 'full'. A medical emergency sort of 'awful lot'.
What the heck does 'psychologically clinical' mean if it applies to everyone? I can't imagine that it is very serious.

Pretty much: any disorder that causes in one urges to seek others out, for whatever reason... with an amending: that they are not finding in satisfaction in the fleshsphere.

That said... plenty of these people probably over-diagnose (at the least), and plenty more mistake some of their symptoms for certain things that are other things. Still, I'd rather they surmise that they might have <whatever> and test this... than they ignore it completely. Good way to turn a little thing into a big thing? Give it time.
