I have to share the road with Rikers employees every morning. I pass through the intersection that leads to the Rikers bridge. One corner of the intersection is adorned with a fifteen foot billboard proudly exclaiming "New York's Boldest". Their daily disregard for traffic law (running red lights, driving in non-existent lanes, illegal turns right across straight through traffic, etc.) makes any report of negligence and abuse plausible.
